Pole Fitness Dancing is more than just a great workout- it's a form of artistry, athleticism and personal expression.
Pole Fitness classes and studios are popping up all over and many are offering a safe progressive form of exercise that is empowering not just to a person's body but also to their creativity and their sense of self.
AFFA & the American Council on Exercise now recognizing the need to have trained and qualified professionals in this field and have recognized the X-Pert Pole Fitness Certification course as the best source for this expertise. After completing this course in April 2011, I am now a certified Pole Fitness Instuctor!

I am currently practicing and teaching at Jeni Jannover's studio in Norwalk CT. She is the creator of Liquid Motion and offers several classes in her home based studio. If you are interested in private lessons or group classe please contact me for information.
