Pilates can be a wonderful form of exercise on it's own or by integrating elements of it into your workouts.
It can be done one-on-one or in groups.
Pilates can also be done with little space and nothing more than a mat. Or, Pilates can include prop or be equipment based.
Pilates offers a wide range of benefits listed to the right.
I do not currently teach any pilates classes but if you are interested in private pilates or small group classes please let me know.
